Gear List

For the EBC Trek, layering is key due to the drastic temperature changes. Pack thermal base layers to retain warmth during cold mornings and nights, a fleece jacket for insulation, and a down jacket for high-altitude comfort. A windproof and waterproof jacket is necessary to protect against mountain weather. Bring trekking pants, quick-drying T-shirts, and an extra pair of warm pants for evenings. Don’t forget insulated gloves, a woolen hat, and a sun hat. Good trekking boots with ankle support are crucial, along with warm socks, a headlamp, sunglasses, sunscreen, a refillable water bottle, and personal hygiene items. This setup ensures you're well-prepared for a safe and comfortable trek.
