Booking and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or authorized agents.

  • A booking is confirmed only after full payment or the agreed deposit is received.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking due to safety concerns, incomplete information, or failure to meet health requirements.

Payment and Cancellation

  • Payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment portals.

  • Cancellation by the client must be informed in writing. Refunds are subject to the following:

    • More than 30 days before trek: Full refund minus bank charges

    • 15–30 days before trek: 50% refund

    • Less than 15 days: No refund

  • We reserve the right to cancel a trek due to weather, natural disasters, political instability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full or partial refund will be provided depending on incurred costs.

Trekking Permits and Documentation

  • Trekkers are responsible for carrying a valid passport, visas, and required permits (TIMS, national park permits, etc.).

  • Our company can assist with permits and documentation but is not responsible for delays or rejections by authorities.

Health and Safety

  • Trekkers must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or medications.

  • High-altitude trekking involves risks such as altitude sickness, accidents, or extreme weather. Clients participate at their own risk.

  • We strongly recommend personal travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical evacuation, and accidents.

Responsibilities of Trekkers

  • Follow the instructions of guides, porters, and staff at all times.

  • Respect local customs, culture, and environmental regulations.

  • Avoid actions that may endanger themselves or others during the trek.

Responsibilities of the Trekking Company

  • Provide experienced guides and porters for the trek.

  • Arrange accommodations, meals, and transportation as per the itinerary.

  • Ensure safety measures, communication equipment, and first-aid availability during the trek.

Liability

  • The company is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during trekking, flights, or other activities, unless caused by proven negligence of staff.

  • Personal belongings, luggage, and equipment are the responsibility of the trekker.

 Force Majeure

  • The company is not liable for any delay, cancellation, or changes caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

Photography and Media

  • Photos or videos taken during treks may be used by the company for promotional purposes.

  • If a client does not wish their image to be used, they must notify the company in writing

Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from bookings or trekking services will be resolved through mutual discussion.

  • If unresolved, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nepalese courts.

Amendments

  • We reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time.

  • Updated terms will be communicated via our website or email to clients.
