  • Outer shell (waterproof, windproof jacket and pants)

  • Heavy down jacket for summit days

  • Warm gloves, inner gloves, beanie, balaclava, neck gaiter

  • Insulated thermal socks + trekking socks

Footwear:

 

  • Mountaineering boots (double-layered for high altitudes)

  • Gaiters to protect from snow and ice

  • Camp shoes/sandals for lodges

 

Trekking & Climbing Equipment:

 

  • Backpack (35–50L) + duffel bag

  • Sleeping bag rated for -15°C to -20°C

  • Sleeping bag liner

  • Trekking poles

  • Crampons, ice axe, harness, helmet (for glaciated/technical sections)

  • Carabiners, ropes (if required for summit)

 

Personal Items & Essentials:

 

  • Sunglasses with UV protection (category 4)

  • Sunscreen and lip balm (SPF 50+)

  • Water bottles and hydration system

  • Water purification tablets or filter

  • Headlamp with extra batteries

  • Personal first-aid kit (including altitude sickness medication)

  • Snacks and energy bars

 

Optional / Extra:

 

  • Camera or GoPro

  • Extra layers for extreme cold

  • Lightweight trekking tent (if camping independently)
